Ravens List

The Ravens List is a new selection on the support tool’s main page, which provides a flexible and powerful way for support agents to view, filter, and access detailed information about Raven devices in a table format.

Available Columns

Agents can select any of the following columns to display in the Ravens List by clicking the “Select Columns” button:

• Raven UUID
• Raven Firmware
• IMEI
• Account Email
• Vehicle Name
• VIN
• Last GPS Location
• SD Card Status
• Raven Status
• ICCID
• Enclosure Serial Number
• Account Name
• Vehicle Type
• Last Update
• Last Reported Event
• Replacement Device

Sorting

• Click any column header to sort the results by that column.
  
   

Filtering and Search

Several columns include an inline search box to filter results. The following columns support text filtering:

• Raven UUID
• Raven Firmware
• IMEI
• Account Email
• Vehicle Name
• VIN
• SD Card Status
• Raven Status
• ICCID
• Enclosure Serial Number
• Account Name
• Vehicle Type
• Last Reported Event
• Replacement Device

Search capabilities:

• Negative search: Prefix the search with a minus sign to exclude matching rows (for example, -1RVN).
  
   
• Multi value search: Separate multiple terms with commas to match any (for example, 2RVP123456789, 2RVP012345678)

Time Filter (Last Update)

The Last Update column uses a dropdown filter with the following presets:

• Last Hour
• Last Day
• Last Week
• Last Month
• Last Year
  
   

Select one to filter devices by the time since their last update.

Hyperlinks

Certain fields link directly to related pages:

• Raven UUID and Enclosure Serial Number: Opens the Raven’s detail page.
• Account Email: Opens the corresponding account page.
• Last GPS Location: Opens the location in Google Maps.

Pagination and Download

• The table displays a fixed number of rows per page. The total number of rows and the current page number appear at the bottom of the list.
  
   

Click the Download button at the top right to export all rows on the current page to a CSV file. Please note that for speed and performance reasons this export only includes the filtered rows showing on the current page.
