Customer Support Troubleshooting Steps - Issues and Resolutions
- Raven battery will no longer hold a charge.
- SD card appears to be stuck and cannot be removed.
- SD card video unusable or missing video.
- Error occurred. Please try again later (#82)
- Event video clip cannot be uploaded.
- Harsh braking/ possible impact detection clip unavailable in the cloud.
- Hotspot data use discrepancy with invoice.
- Power port on Raven is detached/ broken off.
- New Raven appears used or covered in dust.
