Customer Support Troubleshooting Steps - Issues and Resolutions

  • Performing a SIM card reseat
  • Performing an SD card reseat
  • Power port on Raven is detached/ broken off.
  • New Raven appears used or covered in dust.
  • Gesture feature not working or creating invalid gestures.
  • Trip history is not correct or missing.
  • Raven GPS is not working.
  • Exterior and/ or interior camera is blurry.
  • Network reset does not fix connectivity issue.
  • Video is not recording on Raven
  • Raven data use mismatches invoice.
  • Raven shows no displays while driving (engine on) and live stream can see exterior/ interior cameras.
  • Raven display has lines, one display shows up.
  • Raven will not boot up or power on when engine has been started.
  • Connecting to Raven via mobile or web app is displaying a no response message. Unit not updating data or events.
